Hyperscience has always been a remote culture, focused on employing the best people wherever they are in the world. Because of that, we have focused on inclusive and flexible interview practices to make it possible for all candidates to bring their best to conversations with our teams.

 

Remote Interviews

All of our interviews can be virtual, at your request. While we do like to meet in person when possible and safe, it’s not required to get through our interview process.

Our interview process is designed to get to know you, so we can mutually evaluate if it’s the right fit. Video conferencing helps with that, we do encourage you to turn video on and get to know our Hiring Managers and team!

We’ve always had a relaxed dress code, so show up in whatever makes you the most comfortable. Pets or kids pop into the screen? Don’t worry, we are also balancing work life with regular life, we understand.

Increased Flexibility

Running late or can’t find childcare coverage? Need more time for a take-home exercise or facing Internet issues? Don’t worry. Reach out to the recruiter or recruiting coordinator you’ve been speaking to as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Remote Onboarding

We’ve tailored our onboarding process to set you up for success, ensuring a sense of community from the moment your new hire class starts. Our curriculum is self-serve, and is set up for you to choose the pace and focus you need as you start your career with us.

The how-to resources are designed to introduce you to our entire company, wherever you are located. We ship your computer and any other hardware straight to you and walk you through set-up, so you’re ready to go on day one!
