Our Leadership

Peter Brodsky

As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Peter drives the strategy and direction of HyperScience.

Prior to founding HyperScience, Peter was a Director at Soundcloud, where he led an engineering team that built audio fingerprinting, genre classification and audio recommendations based on audio analysis and user behavior. Peter was also founder and CTO of Instinctiv, a software start-up that provided audio content identification and predictive algorithmic recommendations for media content, which was acquired by SoundCloud in 2012. Before that he built and sold SaySoSoft, which made scientific software that was used at every major research institution around the world.

Peter graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University.

Peter lives in New York and enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Emma and Zara, and his fiancée, Ana. He is also fluent in a handful of languages and is an amateur sailor and commercial pilot.

Krasimir Marinov

Krasi co-founded HyperScience in 2014.

Prior to founding HyperScience, Krasi had worked at a series of early-stage, high-growth companies, where he took an active role in ensuring the agility of the engineering process to meet quality, on-time product delivery.

Krasi holds a Master’s Degree from the Technical University of Sofia. He lives in Sofia and enjoys traveling and discovering new places with his wife and three kids on the weekends.

Vladimir Tzankov

Vlad co-founded HyperScience in 2014.

Prior to founding HyperScience, he led Research & Development at Instinctiv, a start-up providing music recommendations and audio content identification services that was acquired by SoundCloud in 2012. He has led R & D projects across diverse industries, including energy, surveillance, military and advertising.

Vlad holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Sofia University. He lives in Sofia and enjoys all "troubles" caused by his two kids. He is also an eager volleyball player and amateur woodworker.

Charlie Newark-French

As Chief Operating Officer, Charlie oversees go-to-market, finance and operations.

Before joining HyperScience, Charlie was a Partner at Fusion Global Capital, a growth stage venture capital fund focused on enterprise software. Notable investments include RingCentral (NYSE), The Trade Desk (NASDAQ), VeloCloud (VMware), and Barefoot Networks (Intel). In 2014, Charlie took the role of President at Fuze, where he helped scale the organization and lead the company through its acquisition by ThinkingPhones. Charlie joined Fuze’s acquirer, ThinkingPhones (rebranded as Fuze), in a sales leadership capacity.

Charlie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford. He lives in New York and enjoys long distance running on the weekends.

Jon-Marc Patton

As Vice President of Customer Success, Jon-Marc is responsible for ensuring the growth and retention of HyperScience’s global client base, from initial implementation through on-going technical support and account management.

Jon-Marc has over 20 years of experience working with software companies and BPO organizations, specializing in both SaaS and on-premise enterprise solutions. Prior to joining HyperScience, Jon-Marc launched a solution consulting practice and was responsible for scaling implementations at CipherHealth, a healthcare IT SaaS vendor specializing in patient engagement solutions. He started his career leading customer success teams at a workforce management start-up, where he stayed through its acquisition by SumTotal Systems, a Skillsoft company. Jon-Marc then transitioned to JK-Group, the market-leading SaaS vendor in corporate philanthropy at the time, to launch a new product line and customer success function. He supported the company during and after its acquisition by CyberGrants.

Jon-Marc holds a BA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children and enjoys playing tennis and being active.

Manya Ellenberg

As Vice President of People, Manya is responsible for all people-related functions at HyperScience, including recruiting, HR, learning and development, and office and executive operations.

Prior to working at HyperScience, Manya was the Head of People at Bowery Farming. Manya joined Bowery after she was the Director of People Operations at Flatiron Health, where she established, built, and led the People Operations function and helped expand the team from 13 employees to over 450 in just four years. She started her career at hackNY, a technology nonprofit, where she was the General Manager.

Manya holds a BA from Barnard College. She lives in New York, and on the weekends, enjoys yoga and home-cooked meals with her husband and daughter.

Bill Strogis

As Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Bill leads HyperScience’s sales team and works with key customers to grow sales and help the company meet strategic business objectives.

Prior to joining HyperScience, Bill was the Senior Vice President of Sales Productivity at Cybereason, a cybersecurity company. He has more than 25 years of enterprise software sales and sales leadership experience, having spent the majority of his career building enterprise sales teams for early stage companies.

Bill holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. He splits his time between NYC and Florida and enjoys rebuilding vintage motorcycles on the weekends.

Nelly Rinot

As VP of Marketing, Nelly oversees HyperScience's brand, product marketing, demand and performance marketing, marketing operations, events and channel marketing.

Prior to joining HyperScience, Nelly spent years leading the integrated execution for global B2B and B2B2C brands offering SaaS and enterprise-grade solutions to a variety of industries, segments and buyers. She held marketing and business development leadership roles at Kustomer, Radware, RRD, NICE, American Express and Comverse.

Nelly holds an MBA from the University of Manchester (UK) and a BA in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University (Israel). She is mother to the ever-active Jonathan and is a passionate product creator who develops natural skincare products in her (not so) spare time.
