At HyperScience, we work everyday to help enterprises process documents and extract valuable data insights more efficiently and effectively than ever before. With dozens of current openings, we reached out to Joel Springer on our People team about life at HyperScience.
I joined HyperScience for two reasons: the people and the product. In the interview process I was thoroughly impressed by how each HyperScience employee is an expert in their field, well-versed in ways of working, but also always looking to challenge the status quo and question conventional “best practices” in order to discover what actually works.
The product itself is fantastic. It reduces slow, costly, error-prone manual work for our clients and frees them up to focus on providing value to their customers. We solve a real pain, which is taking the influx of documents (direct deposit enrollment form PDFs, scanned checks, faxed change of beneficiary forms) and extracting the relevant info into a data file that can be read by other systems. With HyperScience, customers can process documents and get that information more efficiently, effectively and accurately than previously possible. Employees can spend less time identifying documents and entering data and more time working with customers. Everybody wins.
The most rewarding part of my job is that I get to share the HyperScience story with our candidates every day. I get to be an evangelist of the innovative, impactful work being done here and invite others into a process of discovering all HyperScience has to offer.
We are growing fast - there are over 30 open roles right now across every team, which means new team members are joining the company every week. We have particular areas of growth in engineering, product, sales and marketing, and we’re bringing on new people to enhance our existing solution and design entirely new products and features that will continue to wow our customers.
